Meet the Outings and Day Trip Team. We are Susan Bluck and Heather Carruth (you can contact us at Outings Team).

Our aim is to provide a varied and interesting programme of approximately one Outing or Day Trip per month, excluding August.

You can find information on our future programme, plus what’s included in the Outing’s price in the monthly newsletter and via the Outings Updates which are emailed by this team direct to your inbox. Details on how to pay are always included. An envelope will be available on each Outing for you to thank the driver with a tip, should you wish to do so.

HOW TO BOOK

The team will be available to take your booking between 2.00 and 2.30 and 3.30 and 4.00 at the monthly meetings. Payment must be made in full, except where otherwise stated. Please note when booking opens for each Outing.

Joining instructions for the trip will be sent to you approximately 1 week before the trip.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TICKETS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION BY THE TEAM.

WAYS TO PAY

At a Tuesday Monthly Talk and Social meeting.

• BACS –  Ely & District u3a. Sort Code  40-20-38  Account No 51321242.
•  Please complete your payment within 24 hours of booking at a meeting, as your place is not guaranteed until payment has been received. Please include the Outings reference, which can be found on the Outings page in the newsletter
• Debit / credit card.
• Cheque  - Payable to Ely & District u3a. Please write the name of the Outing and the names of each member travelling on the back of the cheque

Between monthly meetings. Whichever payment method you wish to use, please email the Outings team  to check there is availability on the Outing you wish to join and advise which payment method you would like to use. When availability confirmed please pay by;-

• BACS – bank details above
• Debit/credit card. To receive a secure card payment link please email dhcrichton@hotmail.co.uk.
• Cheques – complete as above and send to Heather Carruth at the address, which you will be given if there is  availability.
