Groups

Our groups offer many opportunities for participation in furthering knowledge, physical exercise, socialising or practising skills and crafts. All groups follow the guidance provided by The Third Age Trust or a relevant professional association.

Some groups organise outdoor activities and visits (in addition to the u3a's Outings and Holidays. Some groups publish their own newsletter (with interesting articles written by the members of the group).
